KAIVALAYA ASHRAM – MAIN GROUPThis is the central communication group that maintains unity and collective alignment among all sadhaks. It serves as the primary platform for sharing event updates, important announcements, and essential information. The group ensures that all members remain connected to the ashram’s activities and spiritual direction
KAIVALAYA ASHRAM MEDITATION CIRCLEThis group is dedicated to deepening meditation practice and strengthening inner discipline. It focuses on sadhana-based postings, problem–solution discussions, sharing of meditation experiences strictly related to given practices, and collective prayer. It acts as the core space for experiential spiritual growth.
KAIVALAYA ASHRAM COORDINATION COMMITTEEThis group manages the administrative and operational functioning of the ashram. All planning, coordination, and execution of activities are carried out here strictly under the Master’s instruction. It ensures structured functioning, discipline, and smooth implementation of all initiatives
KAIVALAYA ASHRAM – SPIRITUAL CELEBRATION GROUPThis group is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all spiritual events and celebrations. It provides updates regarding upcoming programs and ensures seamless execution through proper communication and coordination among members. This group is open to all. Anyone can join, attend sessions as per notifications, and gradually get acclimatized with the ashram’s system before formally joining as a sadhak.
KAIVALAYA ASHRAM – MENTORSHIP & SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE This is the highest spiritual authority group within Kaivalaya Ashram, responsible for maintaining doctrinal purity, guiding the inner journey of sadhaks, and ensuring authentic transmission of teachings. It functions as the core body for mentor formation, including the selection, training, and authorization of individuals entrusted with guiding others. The group provides direct clarification of doubts related to sadhana, discipline, and inner processes, while also identifying and correcting any deviations or unauthorized practices. All final decisions regarding spiritual directions, teachings, and practices are issued from this group and are binding across all other groups, ensuring unity, integrity, and alignment within the ashram.
KAIVALAYA ASHRAM – WHATSAPP CHANNELThis channel serves as a broadcast platform for sharing authentic spiritual concepts, discourses, and guidance from the ashram. It ensures regular dissemination of teachings in a structured and accessible manner. Anyone can subscribe to receive continuous spiritual insights and remain connected with the ashram’s teachings.

Organisational Structure and Governance
Kaivalaya Ashram is managed through a structured coordination system led by the Master and supported by a dedicated committee of responsible members. This committee functions as the operational backbone of the Kaivalaya Ashram, ensuring that all activities are conducted with clarity, discipline, and alignment to the core vision. The members are entrusted with planning and execution of sessions, coordination of programs, communication with sadhaks, and maintaining continuity in all ongoing processes.The committee is responsible for administrative management, including maintaining records, documentation, scheduling, and systematic follow-up with participants. Every activity—whether spiritual sessions, training programs, or internal processes—is carefully organized to ensure consistency and professionalism. A transparent and unbiased working environment is maintained at all levels, where responsibilities are clearly defined and executed without personal influence or prejudice.Regular weekly meetings of the coordination committee are conducted to review progress, address challenges, and plan upcoming activities. All policies, structural decisions, and procedural changes are discussed and passed through this committee under the guidance of the Master. This ensures that every decision is aligned with the vision, purpose, and integrity of the Kaivalaya Ashram.All roles and responsibilities within the system are continuously monitored and guided by the Master to maintain accuracy, discipline, and spiritual alignment. Every content, communication, or material released—whether internal or external—is properly documented, recorded, reviewed, and verified before dissemination.
